The monthly meeting of the Newtown Democrats is held on the second Thursday of every month at the Newtown Township Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Newtown, PA 18940 at 7:00 PM
For in-person attendees, an informal social gathering begins at 7:00pm.

Getting things done for our Town and Borough
Newtown Township Awarded $1M Grant To Build Pedestrian Bridge
The grant, received with the help of State Sen. Steve Santarsiero and State Rep. Perry Warren, will fully fund the new pedestrian bridge between Newtown Borough and Newtown Township.
Newtown Will Get Two New Fire Trucks
The township supervisors awarded a bid to Glick Fire Equipment for a 2028 pumper truck and a 2028 ladder truck.
Flood Insurance Task Force Recommendation Advances
Acting on a recommendation from the Flood Insurance Premium Assistance Task Force, State Rep. Perry Warren successfully amended a Senate bill to add two hours of flood insurance training to the continuing education requirements of insurance brokers.
