Newtown Democrats Monthly Meeting – September 11th, 2025 7PM (Social Gathering) 7:30 PM (Meeting Start)

The monthly meeting of the Newtown Democrats is held on the second Thursday of every month at the Newtown Township Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Newtown, PA 18940.

This is a hybrid meeting with Zoom access. To join via Zoom, send an email request prior to noon on the day of the meeting to Joel Raab 

For in-person attendees, an informal social gathering begins at 7:00pm.  The meeting begins at 7:30 P.M. in-person and on Zoom.

Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Kevin Dougherty 

Justice Dougherty will be speaking on why we need to vote to retain our Supreme Court Justices.

Melody Katz from Power Interfaith

Melody will be speaking on the need to have a fair education budget in the overall PA budget versus one that favors only wealthy communities.
