DESCRIPTION:The monthly meeting of the Newtown Democrats is held on the second Thursday of every month at the Newtown Township Building\, 100 Municipal Drive\, Newtown\, PA 18940. \nThis is a hybrid meeting with Zoom access. To join via Zoom\, send an email request prior to noon on the day of the meeting to Joel Raab  \nFor in-person attendees\, an informal social gathering begins at 7:00pm.  The meeting begins at 7:30 P.M. in-person and on Zoom. \nGuest Speakers\nPennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Kevin Dougherty  \n \nJustice Dougherty will be speaking on why we need to vote to retain our Supreme Court Justices. \n  \nMelody Katz from Power Interfaith \nMelody will be speaking on the need to have a fair education budget in the overall PA budget versus one that favors only wealthy communities. \nPlease join us! \n \nStay in touch to learn about Newtown Democrats news and events! \n
